No longer going to be posting on this blog. It was just a collection of photos and that was just too empty to keep dealing with. It wasn’t fun for me, even though the lack of real content is what Tumblr really really likes.
However, a few of you might be interested in what might be considered the sequel to this blog. Here it’s going to be all original posts, mostly a list of things I like + commentary on them.
Probably no more WIWTs.There’s no content yet but I’ll get it up and running soon.Anyway, this will stay up mostly for my benefit, so feel free to unfollow! Thanks for all the blog love up ‘till now, internet.
Just reblogging myself to let everyone know that this new blog exists! And I’ve finally posted on it! If you like clothing, you’ll probably still like it. If you like pretentious photos, well…there are other sites for that.

As far as I’m concerned, most jackets are just grab and go. It’s pretty easy to just pick up a jacket. I have a few jackets, but there are two that I toss on with everything - this chambray jacket from J. Crew (no longer available) and an older version of this wool coat from Bridge & Burn. Both are casual and both are easy to put with anything.
But, really: I promise there is no more effort involved in putting on a jacket than in putting on a hoodie. Whether it’s the currently super-popular varsity jacket, a heavy cardigan, the standby of Barbour, or even a blazer - it’s all the same. Sometimes I’ll just throw on a sweater instead of a jacket and it looks a little more mature than a hoodie. (Not that a hoodie has to look bad, if you pair it with the right items.)
thanks for stopping by.
